Development & Investment Experience:
In 2017, acted as majority equity owner and managing member of 960 Atlantic LLC, which purchased 40,000 s.f. office building in Alameda, CA (still owned).

In 2013-2017, co-invested with John Malone in over 4,000 apartment units in Austin TX, Denver CO, Long Beach CA, and Seattle WA, (still owned).

In 2011, co-invested with John Malone in over 1,000,000 timber acres in Maine and New Hampshire (still owned).

From 2011-Present, lead investor in the following projects: 4 condos on Montego, Walnut Creek; 5 homes on Blaney Street, Cupertino; 3 homes on Charsan Lane, Cupertino; 18-unit condo project known as “Kingsbury” on 3rd Street, Walnut Creek; 5 homes on Bollinger Road, Cupertino; 7 homes on Timber Crest, Almaden; 7 homes on Paramount Drive, Saratoga; 29 homes in Healdsburg known as “The Oaks at Foss Creek”.

Work Experience:
2005 – Current:  Family private office for John Malone, Denver, CO.

1998 – 2005:  Senior Vice President of Tax Strategy for Liberty Media Corporation.

1980 – 1998:  PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Partner in charge of the West Coast merger & acquisition tax practice.

Education:
Graduated from University of Utah with bachelor (1979) and master degrees (1980) in accounting.
