Laura was with Colliers International from 2005-2015. Prior to joining Colliers, she was with CB Commercial Real Estate for ten years starting in the San Francisco office while participating in their prestigious Wheel Program followed by nine years in their Oakland office as a Commercial Office Leasing Specialist. Laura is currently a Strategic Partner of Bella Vista Land Advisors in finding and selling land to home, apartment and mixed-use builders and developers.

Education:  Laura graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1984 with a B.A. Degree in Economics.  She also attended Richmond College in London, England.

Matt Murphy

Sales & Brokerage Experience: As a recent college graduate, Matt Murphy started in real estate with Dividend Development as a New Home Salesperson, selling in most Bay Area counties. He currently coaches both the Boys and Girls High School Tennis Teams at Bishop O’Dowd High School in Oakland. With Italian background & citizenship, Matt and his family spend significant time in Italy learning and enjoying their family roots and local cultures.
